1. Definitions

• "Company", "We", "Us": Golvexa Ltd (Company No. 12948259).
• "Client", "You": Any individual or corporate entity scheduling a cleaning appointment.
• "Service": The residential, tenancy, commercial, or deep cleaning procedures agreed upon.

2. Standard Bookings & Estimates

Estimates provided via our digital form are baseline valuations. We reserve the right to modify the final fee if the property\'s condition differs significantly from the description provided, or if the client requests supplementary services on-site. Booking times are approximations based on local traffic and schedules.

3. Access and Safety Requirements

The Client must ensure that our cleaners have reliable access to electricity, hot water, and a safe, non-hazardous work environment. If entry is obstructed (absence of key, invalid code, or landlord access refusal) at the agreed arrival window, the scheduled session will be cancelled and a 100% call-out fee will apply.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

You may cancel or reschedule any booked clean by giving us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion at [email protected]. We will happily dispatch a supervisor to review and correct the clean free of charge. We are not liable for pre-existing surface damage, wear-and-tear, or accidents resulting from client-obstructed spaces.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
